Open Voice Shield charges analyzed minutes × your plan rate, plus one analysis fee per call. The fee covers both the transcription and the AI analysis of the call. There is no separate charge for either. On the defaults a full 3-minute call is $0.08, recording, transcription, analysis and evidence included. Prepaid, with no monthly fee or concurrency limit. All prices in US dollars.

Four plans, one rate each
Pay-as-you-go is the default. Bundles trade a monthly fee for a lower rate, included minutes and fixed ports. Minutes beyond an allowance bill at the plan's rate.

Billing is prepaid: add credit by card from the Billing page, and a call is cut off when the balance runs out rather than running up a debt. Bundles subscribe by card the same way. Usage is invoiced monthly, with GST or HST for Canadian customers only.
Volume, invoices or annual terms
Above the largest plan, the rate and the port count are set case by case. Purchase orders, invoices, annual terms, signed contracts and pilots are handled by people, not the sign-up form. Include your peak concurrent calls and monthly minutes.
On your own infrastructure
An on-premises licence puts the platform on hardware you operate, and you bring everything else: your own speech-to-text and analysis providers under your own keys, or models on your own hardware, your own storage, your own retention. Call content never leaves your network. Scoped and priced per operator. Tell us where the hardware lives, which providers you intend to use and your peak concurrent calls.
Analysis
One fee per call, set by the AI mode
Every account picks an AI mode in the portal. It sets which class of models transcribes and analyzes your calls, and the per-call fee. That one fee pays for both the transcription and the AI analysis. Per-minute rates never change with the mode, and switching applies to new calls instantly.

The fee is charged once, when a call's first analysis completes, never on a re-analysis. Each call record and ledger line names the mode it was billed under. How AI modes are billed.
Caller ID checks
CLI verification, $0.25 a check
A caller ID check calls one of your routes to a number we hold in the country you pick and reports what caller ID arrived. It costs $0.25 a check, charged when the check finishes, plus the short call it places, billed like any other analyzed call: $0.29 all in on the defaults. A check that could not be placed is not charged. Scheduled checks cost the same on every run.
Own a number in a country we need? Host it and earn $0.15 for every check that reaches it, credited to your balance.

What does one analyzed call cost?
Minutes at your plan rate, plus one analysis fee per call. On the defaults (pay-as-you-go at $0.02/min, Power at $0.02/call) a one-minute call is $0.04, then the per-minute rate billed per second. A full 3-minute call is $0.08. Bundled plans bill in 6-second increments at lower rates.
Is there a monthly fee?
Not on pay-as-you-go, which is prepaid with no concurrency limit. Starter, Business and Enterprise carry a monthly fee for a fair-use minute allowance, a lower per-minute rate and a fixed number of concurrent ports. Minutes beyond the allowance bill at the plan's rate.
Why is there a separate per-call analysis fee?
Transcribing and analyzing a call is one fixed piece of work per call, not per minute, so it is billed per call rather than hidden in the per-minute rate. The fee covers both the speech-to-text transcription and the AI analysis. It is charged once, on the first completed analysis, never on a re-analysis.
How is the account funded?
Prepaid. Add credit by card from the Billing page. The balance updates when the payment completes, and a call is cut off when the balance runs out. Every new account starts with US$5 of credit, so the first calls need no card.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Moving to a bundle charges the first month immediately. Leaving one mid-cycle credits the unused part of the cycle back to the balance.
What does a CLI verification check cost?

Plan figures are read from the live plans API at build time and dated above. The analysis fee and the check fee are platform settings, published here with the rest. The fee that applies to your account is the one on your ledger.
