Pricing

Open Voice Shield is billed per analyzed minute plus a flat per-call analysis fee, from a prepaid balance. Pay-as-you-go has no monthly fee and costs $0.035 per analyzed minute with a 60s minimum. The three bundles trade a monthly fee for more concurrent ports, included minutes and a lower rate.

Pay-as-you-go $0.035/min per analyzed minute
Analysis fee $0.08/call flat, once per analyzed call
Minimum billable 60s then per second, on PAYG
Lowest bundled rate $0.02/min on Enterprise

Card payments are being enabled

Creating an account, choosing a plan and running the guided setup all work now. Card top-ups are not switched on yet: write to support@telecomsxchange.com and we add credit to your balance. The console shows a card form automatically once payments go live.

The platform also supports time-boxed pilots: a window in which analyzed calls are not billed, optionally capped at a number of minutes. Pilot policy is set per deployment, not by the public plans API, so this page cannot tell you whether one is active. The console dashboard and Billing can.

Pricing FAQ

What does one analyzed call cost?
On pay-as-you-go: the analyzed minutes at $0.035 per minute, with a 60s minimum then per-second billing, plus a flat $0.08 analysis fee. Bundled plans bill in 6s increments at a lower per-minute rate.
Is there a monthly fee?
Pay-as-you-go has none. Starter, Business and Enterprise carry a monthly fee covering a fair-use minute allowance and a fixed number of concurrent ports. Minutes beyond the allowance are charged at the plan's per-minute rate.
Why is there a separate per-call analysis fee?
An analysis is one fixed piece of work per call, not per minute, so it is billed per call rather than hidden in the per-minute rate. It is charged once per call, on the first completed analysis, never on a re-analysis.
How is the account funded?
Billing is prepaid. An account holds a balance, each call is debited against it, and a call is cut off when its credit runs out. Card top-ups are not switched on yet; contact support to have credit added.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Moving to a bundle charges the first month immediately. Leaving one mid-cycle credits the unused part of the cycle back to the balance.
