September 2026

Agents, route integrity, the case

New

Every Anthropic and OpenAI model, as soon as it exists

The analysis model pickers now list every model the Anthropic API and every chat model the OpenAI API offer our keys, newest first, so a release like Claude Sonnet 5.5, Opus 5.5 or GPT-5.5 appears the day it ships with no update on our side. OpenAI's image, audio, realtime, codex and pro variants are left out. Published list prices are on file for the current families; a model without one records no cost until the operator sets it under Provider costs, and its card says so.

New

Website traffic on the Growth page

Operators see where visitors to the public site come from, search engines, AI assistants, social networks, campaigns, other sites or nowhere, the pages they read and land on, and which AI and search crawlers read which pages, the raw material of search and answer-engine reach. Read from the site's own server log: no script on the page, no address kept.

Fixed

An IVR that rings an extension is not FAS

A school's auto-attendant greeted the caller, said "please wait while we connect your call" and rang an extension; the ringback after the answer was flagged as early-answer false answer supervision. The check now reads the transcript: callee speech or a transfer phrase before the tone means the callee's own phone system is at work, and no route alert is raised. The analysis prompt (v5) says the same about IVRs, holds and transfers.

New

White paper v2.0

Per-destination handling and sampling, three classes of analysis model chosen per tier, caller-ID verification and hosted numbers, data location, the 29-tool agent interface, and a list of what is not measured or built yet, including redaction of sensitive values in transcripts. White paper

New

A Claude plugin

The MCP connector plus four skills, onboarding, route testing, fraud review and caller-ID verification, in one bundle. Install it from its repository today; a directory listing is in review. The plugin

Improved

Questions that open when you need them

Every FAQ on the site is now a list of questions that expand on a click, and a link to a question opens its answer. Less to scroll past, nothing removed.

Improved

A front door for carriers and for businesses

The home page leads with what it stops, vishing, robocalls and scam calls, and sends carriers and small businesses to their own guide. Two new posts: how a business puts one hop on its phone line, and the revenue case for a mobile operator selling scam call protection to subscribers, with a calculator.

New

Provider costs and margins in AI settings

Operators can now enter what each transcription and analysis model costs them, per minute of audio or per million tokens, and every tier shows its cost against its selling price for a reference call, plus the same figures measured on the calls it processed in the last thirty days. Recorded call costs follow the entered prices; OpenRouter keeps reporting its real charge.

Improved

Lower analysis fees on every tier

Cheaper transcription and open-weight analysis models pass straight through to the per-call fee: Economy is now 1.5¢ a call, Power 2¢ and Max 5¢. A three-minute call on the default plan and tier comes to 8 cents all in. Per-minute rates are unchanged.

New

Whisper on Groq as a transcription provider

Operators can now transcribe on Groq's hardware: the same Whisper large-v3 weights, with timed segments so the caller and callee stay interleaved, at about a tenth of whisper-1's price and under two seconds for a minute of audio. Chosen per AI tier in the admin settings, next to OpenAI and the local worker model.

New

Growth analytics for operators

A Growth page in the admin portal shows where signups come from (campaign, referring site, direct, or an AI agent through MCP), how far each cohort gets through onboarding, the median time to each step, who paid and who never came back, and which portal pages and features accounts use. Every customer now has a Journey tab with the same view for one account. Captured on our own systems, no third-party tracker.

New

Open-weight analysis models

The analysis can now run on open-weight models through OpenRouter: gpt-oss 120B, Llama 3.3 70B, Qwen3, DeepSeek and others, at a fraction of the cost of the frontier models. On our labelled set and on real calls, gpt-oss 120B matched the platform's verdicts and answered in about a second. Chosen per AI tier by the operator; each call records what the provider charged.

Fixed

The SIP diagram keeps the legs apart

When a call was routed back to the switch it came from, the diagram drew both legs on the caller's lane and left the destination "not seen". Messages are now placed by their SIP transaction, so the forwarded INVITE, the destination's replies and a hang-up the callee starts land on the right lane whatever the addresses.

New

Sub-customers behind one IP

Give each of your customers a dial prefix on the same whitelisted IP. Their calls are labelled with the sub-customer, the prefix is removed before the call goes on, and the Calls list filters by it. How it works

Improved

A calls list that fits the screen

The list opens on the columns you read most (when, numbers, title, entity, keywords, verdict) and fits a laptop without scrolling sideways. A Columns menu brings back the rest and remembers your choice. Time presets sit beside the search, and / jumps to it.

New

See what every call was about

Each row on the calls list shows the title, who the caller claimed to be and the keywords. One search finds any call by number, title, entity or keyword, across all your calls.

New

Filter by a click

Click a keyword or an entity to see every call that shares it; click again to let go. The most frequent ones wait under the search, the verdict is one Block, Review or Allow toggle, and each filter in use is a pill you can remove.

New

Sample at the door

A destination can carry one call in N and refuse the rest with SIP 503, so your switch fails them over. The carried call is always analyzed; a refused one is never recorded or charged. Under Network, in the destination's sampling option.

Fixed

Sampling overrides, refunded

A destination on 1 in N was analyzed far more often than set. The cause is fixed and the extra analysis fees have been refunded.

New

Choose where your media lives

Recordings and captures stay in Canada by default. Under Account, choose the United States instead, for storage and for the relay that carries your calls. Europe and other regions on request. Data location

New

Told when a country goes live

Asked for a caller ID verification country we did not cover? You now get an e-mail the moment its numbers are live, and the request's ticket is closed for you.

Improved

Caller ID numbers that need paperwork

Verification numbers can now come from countries that ask for an address or a regulatory bundle, the UK included. National numbers join local, mobile and toll-free.

Improved

The route, by name

Live calls and the line inspector show the name you gave a destination, not its address, and a call's page says which route it took right under the title.

New

Host a number, earn per check

Point a number you own at the platform, call it once, and it is live. Every caller ID check that reaches it credits US$0.15 to your balance. Numbers in Africa, the Middle East and Asia are the most wanted. How it works

New

A low balance alert

One e-mail, and a post to your channels, when the prepaid balance drops under US$50. Never repeated until you top up. Change the amount under Billing. How it works

New

Ask AI about any docs page

A button on every documentation page opens Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or Perplexity with the page already loaded, so you can ask follow-ups without copying anything.

Fixed

Sampling samples again

A 1 in N destination was analyzing every call once its route had one analysis on record. Fixed, with the records corrected.

Improved

A shorter opening line

The home page says what the product does in a third fewer words.

Improved

A shorter pricing page

The formula, the plans, the analysis fee with worked totals and a FAQ that opens on a click. The prices did not change; half the page was saying them twice.

New

On-premises, on request

When call content cannot leave your network: the platform on your hardware, with your own providers, storage and retention. On-premises

Improved

A block verdict needs a hard sign

A hospital returning a web enquiry was blocked on thin evidence. A score above 70 now needs a real sign: a request for money, cards or codes, a threat, a deadline, impersonation or remote access. Confirmed scams still score 97.

Improved

Recordings play as they load

Playback starts on the first chunk instead of after the whole download, and seeking fetches only the part you jumped to.

Fixed

No more "Something broke" after a release

A portal tab left open across an update keeps working, and a very old one reloads itself once instead of showing an error.

New

Caller ID checks have a price

$0.25 a check plus the short call it places, $0.29 in all on the defaults. Pricing

Improved

Portal polish

A proper play button on recordings, the site's primary button in the portal, and routes by name in the web dialer.

New

The Omarchy plugin is official

Listed and verified in the Omarchy plugin directory as tcxc.voice-shield, still open source. The listing

Fixed

Fixes from a platform-wide audit

Among them: an alert rule with a disconnected channel now says so, refunds come off the balance, invoices list caller ID fees, and changing your password signs out every other session.

Fixed

The answers are on the page

Twenty-two pages declared a FAQ that only search engines could see. Every one now shows it to readers too.

Fixed

One address per page

A link written with .html or a trailing slash now lands on the page, not a 404.

New

CLI verification

Check that a route delivers your caller ID intact. The platform calls its own number through the route and reports what arrived: match, modified, withheld or missing. Run it once or on a schedule. The guide

New

Calls by country

The dashboard shows where your calls go, as a ring of destination countries with each one's share.

New

Open Voice Shield on the Linux desktop

An Omarchy bar plugin puts today's high-risk verdicts and live calls beside your clock. The post

Improved

Routes by name, and a new front door

"Routed to" shows the name you gave a destination. The home page opens on a drawn gateway that plays the four things the platform does.

New

Agent transfers, done for you

When a voice agent transfers the caller, the platform places the new call itself, so even a switch without SIP REFER gets its transfer. You can transfer a live agent call yourself from the call page too.

New

A voice agent gateway for legacy SIP

A switch that only speaks plain SIP and RTP can now reach OpenAI or xAI voice agents. The platform handles TLS, SRTP and the agent session. What it is

New

Test calls with an agent on the line

A test call can be placed by one of your voice agents instead of a recording, and it holds a real conversation with whatever answers.

New

G.729 and G.723.1 calls are analyzed

Transcribed and scored like G.711 calls, decoded after hang-up.

New

Fixed

No phantom live calls after an update

New

OpenAI voice agents

A voice agent destination can point at an OpenAI project as well as xAI. The platform hosts the webhook that accepts each call, so nothing of yours has to be online. Setup
